The management team possesses more than forty years of combined experience in document management system sales and development, conversion services, consulting and integration.
Lee Bourke, Chief Executive Officer
Lee is a recognised leading authority on the development and use of technology solutions to deliver strategic value-based outcomes. His work experience to date has strongly focussed on the Information Technology and Advanced Document Management arena’s.
His experience includes twenty years in a range of strategic organisational leadership roles which includes varied Director roles at organisations such as FileBound and the SEMA Group, Chief Information Officer at Greyhound Pioneer, and he has served as the Chief Operating Officer of e-Tourism, a national, online and offline Tourism Company.
Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Leadership Specialisation) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Computer Science Major).
Lee is a former member of the Royal Australian Air Force and recently trekked over the Kokoda Track. In his spare time he likes surfing, renovating and spending time with his wife and three sons.
Luke Bartlett, Chief Operating Officer
Luke has over 15 years experience assisting startup enterprises with technology, growth, marketing and strategic execution. An accomplished change agent and process engineer, he is certified in Lean Manufacturing.
Luke has helped organisations make diverse processes more efficient including sales, technology, marketing and physical processing. Luke has held senior executive roles in several organisations and is a recognised authority in the adoption of activiy based accountability programs including CRM, sales automation, client satisfaction.
Luke holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and IT and a Masters degree in Management, he also holds many industry certifcations. He is an enthusiastic supporter of the domestic music scene and as a Sunshine Coast native, loves the beaches and mountain ranges that are unique to it. Carl Bergman, Director - Professional Services
Commercially astute, energetic, and committed IT industry executive; Carl has 10+ years of software industry experience, possessing a proven record of achievement in delivering exceptional customer value.
Carl is always looking for ways to increase his knowledge and skills and has completed numberous business improvement projects across businesses of all shapes and sizes.
